Tickets purchased through PCB-authorized outlets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated below or required by law.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Cancelled Matches
- Full Refund: If a PSL 2025 match is cancelled before the toss due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders receive a 100% refund.
- No Refund: Matches abandoned after the toss or due to national mourning days do not qualify for refunds.
2.2 Rescheduled Matches
Can’t attend the new date? Request a refund via our ticketing portal. Amounts vary based on PSL tickets price tiers (General, Premium, VIP).
2.3 Venue Changes
If a PSL Team match relocates and you can’t attend, submit a refund request with proof of purchase.
2.4 Postponed Matches
