The PSL trophy has changed design in several seasons, from the Swarovski-made Shooting Star in 2016 to Infinity in 2026. The 2026 trophy was handcrafted by 18 artisans over 2,600 hours, with 1,600 crystals on its crescent and eight emerald-cut gemstones at the base, one for each franchise. Peshawar Zalmi lifted it after beating Hyderabad Kingsmen on 3 May 2026.
