National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi, historically the National Stadium, is the home ground of Karachi Kings and holds 30,000 after its 2024 to 2025 renovation. It hosted the PSL final in 2018 and 2024, both won by Islamabad United. Under the revised PSL 11 plan it staged 22 matches in 2026, including the Qualifier, and it is one of only two grounds used that season.

Why does the stadium have more than one name?
In October 2022 the ground was renamed National Bank Cricket Arena under a five-year naming-rights deal with the National Bank of Pakistan, the first such deal for a stadium in Pakistan. Older sources, and some PSL articles, still call it the National Stadium or National Bank Stadium. We use the current name and mention the old ones so that searches on either name reach the same page.
Which PSL finals has it hosted?
| Season | Winner | Runner-up | Margin |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2018 | Islamabad United | Peshawar Zalmi | 3 wickets (25 March 2018) |
| 2024 | Islamabad United | Multan Sultans | 2 wickets |
The league page also places the 2019 final, won by Quetta Gladiators by 8 wickets, in Karachi without naming the stadium, so we do not count it here. The source does not state where Karachi Kings won the 2020 final. Because each source lists finals differently, the venues page keeps one combined table and marks the rows that are awaiting a check against PCB records, as set out in our methodology.
What was its role in PSL 11?
The original PSL 11 plan gave Karachi six matches, including Hyderabad Kingsmen v Karachi Kings on 11 April 2026. After the 22 March 2026 revision, Karachi and Lahore each hosted 22 of the 44 matches, and Karachi staged the Qualifier. Both Karachi Kings and the newly added Hyderabad Kingsmen, whose home ground is Niaz Stadium in Hyderabad, are based in Sindh; see the Karachi Kings page and the Hyderabad Kingsmen page.
What is unconfirmed for PSL 12?
The PCB has not named the PSL 12 venues, so it is not confirmed whether Karachi will host matches in 2027. We have not checked whether the National Bank naming deal has been renewed. See all grounds on the PSL venues page.
