How should I read the most-runs lists?
The season table shows only the top scorer of each edition, so a player can lead a season without appearing high on the career list, and the career list rewards longevity as much as form. The career list was last updated on 12 April 2026, during PSL 11, so it may not include every match of that season. Babar Azam scored 588 runs in PSL 11, the most that season.
Where sources disagree, for example the 2019 top scorer is given as Shane Watson with 430 or 435 runs, we say so rather than choose one. Wickets are covered on the most wickets page and franchise leaders on each team page.
