How should I read the most-wickets lists?
The season table shows only the leading wicket-taker of each edition, so a bowler can top a season without reaching the career list. The career list was last updated on 13 January 2026, before PSL 11, so players who bowled in that season, such as Sufiyan Muqeem with 22 wickets, may have higher totals now than shown.
Shaheen Shah Afridi’s career wickets appear as 127 on his franchise page, which runs through 2025, and 138 on this page, which is dated 13 January 2026. We show both numbers and the dates because they come from different sources. Runs are covered on the most runs page.
